Position Briefing

  • We take a detailed brief of your needs including role & personal requirements.
  • We also take time to lay out a search timeline to set expectations.

Research Phase 1

  • An extensive search into the market to uncover every profile in the industry, not just those active or most visible.
  • A long list is created by using our extensive search methods including direct research, networking, online and social platforms.

Recruitment Phase

  • We proactively approach and sell your opportunity to every potential candidate – usually between 100-150 people.
  • All potential candidates are taken through our extensive interview process to ensure they meet your requirements.

Shortlist Presentation

  • 4-6 candidates after 20 working days.
  • Candidate CV’s, and presentations
  • Client presentation of shortlist and debrief

Interview Phase
